If Unit X is around a building out of LOS of Unit A but within 4 inches can Unit A move around the build and charge Unit X?

I believe it can but since the rules to not allow Jump Troops to charge without LOS I wanted to make sure.

Sorry for all of these questions but I am a demo guy but a novice and I want to make sure that I am doing it right. My demo games are drawing a lot of attention and since it is new to my LGS I want everyone to have a correct view of the game before we really get things going.

No problem. Foot troops can indeed Charge without having LoS

the jump troops aree a perfexct example of a rule outside the norm that shows the norm does not need LOS.
