In an effort to make sure we are doing this correct I have the following scenario(s)
1) Based on my understanding a CAL 0 unit with MV 4 doing a rush action = 8 inch move? ( I think this is correct)
2) A CAL 1 unit with MV 4 doing a Rush Action. If it passes its CAL roll it would add 2 inches. Is this added to the base MV 4 and then doubled for a total of 12 or is the 2 inches added to the 8 inch for a total of 10 inches?
3) A CAL 1 unit with MV 4 and Fast doing a Rush Action. If it passes its CAL roll it would how far would it move?
4) A CAL 1 unit that is a Jump Troop is replacing its rush move. If it passes its CAL roll how far would it jump?

Thank you in advance,

Terrence

Yes

2) A CAL 1 unit with MV 4 doing a Rush Action. If it passes its CAL roll it would add 2 inches. Is this added to the base MV 4 and then doubled for a total of 12 or is the 2 inches added to the 8 inch for a total of 10 inches?

Base x 2 +2 = 10 total.

3) A CAL 1 unit with MV 4 and Fast doing a Rush Action. If it passes its CAL roll it would how far would it move?

Same as above. Base MV x 2 + 2 + 2 again. 12 total.

4) A CAL 1 unit that is a Jump Troop is replacing its rush move. If it passes its CAL roll how far would it jump?

10" base + 2 = 12 total.

Thank you in advance,

Terrence

I agree with Abukii's answers

I wanted to ressurect this to ask what happens if a pit beat (MV 5) Rushes? A pit beast has 'fast' which allows you to add half the base move onto the 10" when it rushes. Do you simply add 2.5" onto the move or do you round that figure up or down? So basically whats the maximun distance it can move?

Cheers

I have allways allowed the half inch... so adding 2.5 that way it is easier to keep track of rounding up or down... just no rounding off at all

That would be a "yeppers". You simply add the 2.5". When dealing with odd fractions, Id round down (or up). If it ever comes down to it, roll a d10. Highest score decides if its up or down wink.gif

I hope that helps cool.gif
